From the contract award through the warranty period, JBHM manages all aspects of construction activity from shop drawing and submittal review to site inspections of field operations. This assures materials and workmanship provided and constructed by the contractor are in conformance with the design and technical intent of the contract documents. This effort is managed by the principal in charge and the project architect with the assistance of a full-time field personnel. JBHM employs full time construction administrators who are strategically located throughout the state. This high level of involvement assures continuity of design through construction. During the warranty period, all problems reported are followed up and resolved promptly. A year-end warranty review is conducted to assure all materials, equipment and workmanship issues of the building are functioning properly to the satisfaction of the owner.
