JBHM is designing a 4 story 64,392 square foot office building along with a 3 level, 112,669 square foot parking deck. We will be relocating an existing equipment shed to another side of the Shop Complex to make room for this construction project. The 4 story office building will have a brick, precast and curtain wall veneer with a metal roof. It will house printing, traffic engineering, traffic management and general services departments. There will be a call center and a traffic management control center. The entire project will be LEED Certified. The other portion of the job will be to build a new Warehouse facility that will house the Geotechnical and Research divisions. It will be approximately 18,000 square feet. It will provided secured parking for MDOT service equipment.
