At the University of Southern Mississippi, JBHM was commissioned to design the new 383 bed residence hall to ease the student housing shortage. Two four story buildings located on the northeast corner of the campus house male and female upperclassmen in separate wings. The state-of-the-art complex has drawn rave reviews from residents.
Each two-person sleeping room will have its own restroom, as well as individual cable tv, and computer connections. The complex also will house computer labs, study halls, assembly rooms, multi-media rooms and laundry facilities.
