Project Description

The Port of Gulfport West Pier Renovation Project was commissioned by the State of Mississippi to rebuild the Port after extensive damage resulting from Hurricane Katrina. The program includes administrative, storage and vehicle maintenance facilities for four (4) tenants on the West Pier totaling more than 420,000 square feet of new construction and approximately 16,000 square feet of building renovations. Additional program elements include site entry covered gate facilities and equipment support for port operations.
