Thompson CAT Columbus, MS

The Thompson Cat Columbus project consisted of a 27,700-square-foot warehouse, manufacturing, and administrative facility expansion and modernization designed to support continued growth, improve operational efficiency, and accommodate future needs.

The project scope included new manufacturing, warehouse and storage, and hose fabrication facilities, along with a new two-story administration building and customer showroom. Renovations to the existing parts department improved workflow, functionality, and integration with the expanded facility. The former one-story administration building was demolished to accommodate the new construction.

Site improvements included a new front parking area, enhanced circulation, and comprehensive site development. The completed project provides a cohesive, modern facility that streamlines warehouse and service operations, enhances the customer experience, and provides flexibility for future expansion.
